Shipping & Return

all orders will be shipped within 7 days after payment (except during holidays)
prices include shipping cost WITHIN THE EU
for shipping outside of the EU please get in touch via mail or whatsapp
custom fees might be applied for non EU deliveries and will be at charge of the customer.
returning an article should be done within 14 days after reception. refunding will be applied if your return the article in perfect condition. shipping costs and custom fees will be at your charge
you are responsible for the address of delivery. LaSource is not responsible for a lost delivery in case of a mistake in the address

payment should be handled directly with the payment tool in the webshop
you will have the choice to pay via creditcard, debitcard or banktransfer
all prices are VAT included
if you want an invoice please make a request via email or whatsapp
before placing an order from outside of EU, make sure you check the custom duties that will be at your charge.

vacuum your rug once a week maximum to avoid unnecessary damage of the wool
you can shake your rug once a month in the open air or you can turn it upside down for a few hours to remove all dust.
in case of a stain, soak the stain with a cloth, if needed you can use natural soap or vinegar. Do this immediately for a better result!
any fold mark will disappear gradually once you place the carpet on the floor
